Before and after scans of letters we got at the apartment. They said they had a guy in for a heating inspection and told them our litter box was right on the carpet. (which you can’t do). And it’s never been on the carpet. It’s been on a welcome type mat the whole time since we’ve been living here. We got a nasty letter, which our manager also found it to be rude too! Here they are:
The first letter
The second letter
(Save them offline, or if you view, you’ll have to zoom in, with your web browser. They look better in Mozilla for some reason). They will appear grainy or hard to read without zooming.

Ha! Told you!!!! Of course the person who wrote the first letter didn’t write the second letter..
I am grateful for the apology but only time will tell how bad it will be upon move out, especially considering the problems we have had (or continue to have) thus far.
1. Calling us less than 48 hours before we were to move in to tell us we might have to delay…um, no, I don’t think so.
2. The dryer didn’t dry – it took 4 hours to somewhat dry a load of clothes. (It’s still isn’t the greatest).
3. Washer had to replaced right away.
4. Multiple problems with the refrigerator which, after 7.5 months, have hopefully all been rectified.
5. An absolutely icy parking lot which doesn’t get plowed. I am waiting for someone to fall and hurt themselves (yep, will probably be me). At least this year they actually plow the handicap spot! The ONE spot that should always be free and clear and last year was never ever touched.
6. Loud ass neighbors. Gotta love the 5 or more kids under the age of 7 that live in one apartment across the hall.
7. Our next door neighbor who, at all hours of the day, has the bass up so loud we can hear it no matter where we are in our apartment.
8. The window in the back bedroom that acts as natural air conditioning in January. I love the cold but 40 degrees in my house is just not acceptable (nor is the insanely high electric bill for heating the outside for the past month!)
9. The 2 big trucks/vans that literally can’t park to save their life. Is it OK to park on an angle, taking up 2 or more spots? I would expect this at the emergency room if someone were taking in their expectant wife to have their child but it’s unacceptable in my parking lot.
OK, my rant is done. Though I reserve the right to add more at any time. Thanks for listening.
